Ian Foster is a senior partner in the “Business Management Institute”

Ian worked for Fluor Corporation for 28 years in their Contract Management Department. During his time with Fluor he worked on multiple industry projects around the world. For the last 15 years Ian has held an executive leadership position as Global Functional Leader for the Contract Management function.

During his tenure with Fluor Corp. he was instrumental in reorganizing the global contract management departments and responsible for the development of the Global Contract Management Practices, Work processes and standardization of contract documents across the company.
He was heading a team of contract leads for the development of contract management training and courses for the Fluor University. (Fluor Tops FORTUNE Magazine’s 2014 Most Admired Companies Engineering & Construction List

Prior to joining Fluor and relocating to the United States from his home country of England, Ian worked for several EPC and Engineering companies in England, Belgium, Holland and Canada in Contracts but principally in Civil and Structural Engineering, serving Oil & Gas (Upstream and Downstream), Mining, Infrastructure, and Commercial Industries. Ian became a citizen of the United States in 1992.

In 2008 Ian joined Dynamic Industries, Inc of Lafayette, LA as Sr Vice President to assist in their strategic growth and direction.
Ian currently works part-time as Executive Vice President of Dynamic’s Downstream Division.

Egbert Wijnen Riems

Egbert Wijnen Riems is a Director in AG GmbH and senior partner in the “Business Management Institute” and Leading Member of the Industrial Council of the “Gerson Lehrmann Group”.

He has been part of an integrated PMT for the development of one of the largest downstream Oil and Gas projects in the world (TIC 16 billion dollars) for Reliance Industries in India and responsible as Director Contracts for EPC and Construction contracting which includes 7 Global EPC companies and local and international construction companies. Additionally he was also part of the “Business Transformation Team” for Reliance Industries .

Until January 2011, he was assigned by Fluor Corp as CEO of SakhalinNefteGasServis LLC, a Russian subsidiary of Fluor Corp. In this role, he was responsible for the set up of this new subsidiary and projects with values of 3.8 billion dollars for Fluor in Russia.

Prior to that, he was at Fluor Corp as Project Manager, Director of Contract Management, Department Manager Procurement & Contracts in the Netherlands and Regional Director Procurement & Contracts for South East Asia Pacific (1988-2011) at various locations such as US, Australia, Netherlands, Russia, Germany, France, Belgium , Philippines and India.

During his tenure at the company, he oversaw functioning global contract management and procurements projects for various parts of Europe, the FSU countries (former Soviet Union countries) and South East Asia including China.

During his time with Fluor Corp. he also was responsible for the development of the self audit system, scope of work writing,  as well as development of various courses for the Fluor University. He was also a General Director of Petroserv bv and member of the Board of Blaster Building & Construction Ltd. Mr. Wijnen Riems has over 35 years of experience in this industry and has worked on projects in many European countries and other continents.

Harmen Mostert is a Senior Partner in the Business Management Institute.

He has extensive experience in general management and project management.

His expertise includes the analysis of projects and companies operating in the Energy and Chemical industries worldwide. Harmen provides consultancy and expertise to companies interested to increase shareholder value through a robust business transformation process.

Harmen has more than 30 years experience in the energy and chemical industry.He served as Commercial Director of Psicon BV and partner in Green Orange Environmental BV. Prior to this he was Managing Director of Petrogas, Gas systems BV.

Harmen started his career working for Shell Chemicals Moerdijk, the Netherlands and Esso Refinery Netherlands BV before joining Petrogas as Project Manager and Managing Director

John Bordeaux is a senior partner in the “Business Management Institute”.

John has over 30 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry

John started his career with British Petroleum (BP) America Corporate Control Department where he was responsible for reporting, trending and analysis of the BP America multibillion dollar capital program for the Upstream and Downstream Oil businesses and became Manager of Capital Projects

During his tenure at ExxonMobil, John was employed as Manager Capital Projects

John became Vice President of the Parsons Power Group and responsible for Estimating, Scheduling, Cost Engineering and Contract Administration. John was responsible for the development of all capital cost estimates utilized primarily for bidding for lump sum turnkey projects in the America’s, Eastern Europe and the Far East. For awarded projects he was responsible for all Project Controls aspects during project execution.

After Parsons, John joined Mobil Oil and was Business Manager for Mobil Equatorial Guinea, Inc. (MEGI) Projects with responsibility for all business functions (Project controls, Scheduling, Contract Administration, Procurement and Administration)

Later John became Business Manager for ExxonMobil and was responsible for the Ringhorn project in Stavanger Norway, the Sakhalin 1 Project, Onshore Facilities consisting of 250 kbd / 800 SCFD onshore oil and gas processing facility on Sakhalin Island in Russia, the Banyu Urip Project, Indonesia which consists of a two train 190 kbd onshore oil and gas processing facility and 120 kms 20 in. export pipeline and a 2M bbl. FSO with offloading buoy, the Kashagan EP Project in the north Caspian Region of Kazakhstan and the Hebron Project Gravity Base Structure (GBS) in Newfoundland, Canada. This last project is a single shaft structure with oil storage supporting the topsides and encompassing all wells. Total project capex for GBS is approximately $ 4 Billion

Phil Webster is a senior partner in the “Business Management Institute” and Owner of Hudson International Enterprises Inc.

Over 40 years’ experience providing Contract Management activities on EPC, LSTK, and PMC projects from inception to completion in a variety of overseas locations, including Australia, Russia, Middle East and South East Asia. Responsibilities include the provision of Legal; Construction and Contract Management; Subcontract Administration; Forensic Engineering for Insurance Companies, Construction, Claims; and Surety and Insurance Claims Management; services.

Phil has testified in court on several occasions as both fact and expert witness in the area of forensic engineering, construction management, and surety claims. He has also addressed numerous venues as a featured Speaker, including the Construction Litigation Superconference.

Phil has a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctorate in Law from the University of Missouri and is a licensed attorney in the State of Missouri.
